At Scrub Cutie, we want you to love your scrubs! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

What Can Be Returned?

Eligible for Return:

  • Unworn scrubs with original tags attached
  • Items in original packaging
  • Unwashed and undamaged items

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Worn or washed items
  • Items without tags
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@shopscrubcutie.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@shopscrubcutie.com and we'll be happy to help! We'll send you the new item once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@shopscrubcutie.com with photos of the issue. We'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
