Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at scrubcutie@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Please note: We will refund the full purchase price of the item(s), but shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
Return Conditions
Due to the nature of our healthcare apparel products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, worn, or removed from their original packaging for hygiene reasons. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at scrubcutie@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund including original shipping costs, or send you a replacement at no additional charge. We will also provide a prepaid return label for defective or damaged items.
