Shipping Delays In the rare event that your order experiences a shipping delay beyond our standard 2-5 business day timeframe, we will provide you with a 10% discount code valid for your next order as our apology for the inconvenience.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund upon receipt of proof from the carrier confirming the package is lost. Please contact us at shopscrubcutie@gmail.com with your order number and carrier tracking information to initiate a claim.
